Daniel Betts is the founder and CEO of Blue Frontier, a company developing ultra-efficient, sustainable air conditioning technology. Betts has over 20 years of experience in advanced energy technology, including roles in product development, industrial R&D, and academic research.
Betts holds a PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as an MBA from George Washington University. His engineering expertise spans thermal systems, energy economics, advanced power generation, and HVAC systems.
Prior to founding Blue Frontier in 2017, Betts held strategic management roles at various high-tech companies in the energy and digital transformation sectors. He also previously ran his own consulting firm, Betts Consulting, providing engineering, product development, and business strategy services.
