Noy Franco
Investment & Operations
Noy is a former lawyer and CPA turned venture builder, with a background that spans military leadership, strategic advisory, and early-stage company growth.
She began her career as a lawyer and an accountant working across the Israeli startup ecosystem—partnering with founders from seed stage through IPO and multinational expansion. At EY-Parthenon, she went on to advise global corporates and private equity funds on growth strategy, M&A, and operational transformation across sectors including energy, fintech, and consumer.
At Avila, Noy brings a rare combination of analytical depth and operational intuition. She leads both investment execution and firm operations—supporting founders, shaping diligence, and building the infrastructure that enables Avila to scale with intention. She is especially drawn to teams building toward long-term resilience and meaningful impact.
Noy holds dual degrees in Law and Accounting from Reichman University and an MBA from Kellogg, where she was an Austin Scholar (2% of class).
