Head of Operations
Mika joined Avila VC in 2025 as Head of Operations, where she supports the firm’s operational infrastructure, systems development, and financial operations.
Prior to joining Avila, Mika managed operations at Falcon Bridge Capital and held administrative leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, developing expertise in organizational systems, cross-functional operations, and healthcare administration. She brings operational rigor from both healthcare and financial services.
Mika holds a B.S. in Nursing and applies the same analytical precision and systematic thinking to operational excellence in venture capital.
