Emily Acquaviva
Chief of Staff
Emily joined Avila Ventures in 2025 as Chief of Staff, where she leads firm operations, investment execution, and LP engagement.
Her work spans investment diligence, portfolio and pipeline management, and the buildout of Avila’s internal systems, data architecture, and communications materials.
Before joining Avila, Emily served as Chief of Staff at Elevation Capital, a single-family office focused on private equity and venture investments across consumer, real estate, and industrial technology. She previously held senior operating roles across founder-led ventures and family offices, overseeing multi-entity financial systems, investment operations, and automation strategy.
Emily holds an MBA in International Business and a B.A. in Information Systems Management and a B.A. in Supply Chain Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she was a Division I athlete.
